A wick dipper? A candle snuffer? What are these things⁉️

This video features a two piece candle snuffer set from @target that elevates the way you extinguish your candles. Besides adding an element of sophistication to your candle decor, these tools offer practical functionality to your burn sessions.

A candle snuffer is used to block air from feeding your candle`s flame. By hovering it over the flame, just above the wax, you can extinguish your candle delicately in moments without having to blow it out and potentially blow the soot and wax around 🕯️

A wick dipper is, well, just that - a means to dip your wick in the wax 🔥 This works similarly to the candle snuffer as a gentle way to douse your flame. The only con of the dipper is that you will have to wipe the wax off of the dipper over time.

You can also put out your candle fast by placing the lid back on it! Make sure to leave the lid on for about three seconds before removing to make sure the flames are fully extinguished, and be careful, especially with metal lids! 🚒🧯

You HAVE to try this! 🍉🍋

6 cups of cubed, seedless watermelon
3/4 cup of fresh, chilled lemon juice
1/2 cup of granulated sugar (to taste)
4 cups of cold water

Blend watermelon and pour through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until the sugar has dissolved. Add the watermelon puree from the strainer and stir. Add ice, and serve!

*Bonus tip, you can add mint if you`d like a refreshing twist 🌿

🍍 Pineapple Lime Refresher 🍍

Fill a shaker halfway with ice and add:

1/2 cup (4oz) pineapple juice (fresh-squeezed is the best!)
2 tbsp (1oz) lime juice
1 tbsp (.5oz) simple syrup
2.5 tbsp (1.5oz) white rum (skip + scroll for mocktail version)

Shake and pour over ice 🧊
Garnish with a pineapple ring and twisted slice of lime 🍍

For a mocktail version, 86 the rum, fill glass a little over halfway, and top with sparkling water of your choice!
