I placed my order, but haven't received it yet. What's going on?

We are sorry for your inconvenience. Due to the Pandemic, our suppliers are experiencing shortages and delays, which affects our production. All of our retail customer shipments are delayed 4-6 weeks, longer for wholesale customers.

Our production team is working tirelessly to get orders fulfilled as fast as possible.

Some items in my shipment arrived damaged, what can you do for me?

We apologize for any damaged product. Although we do package our products carefully, we cannot control how the package is handled after it leaves our facility. If your shipment arrived damaged, please photograph all damage and send to us at sales@scentsational-products.com. Please have your order number available if possible.

I love (insert scent) - where can I find it?

Even though they are sold under our name, many of the scents are exclusive to the distributor. These candles are distributed nationwide and some, globally. Check with the following retailers:

HomeGoods

If a scent is exclusive to a certain retailer, we won’t have it on our website. However, some scents are very similar. You can shop by fragrance in the navigation bar.

I bought a candle at (insert retailer) - I don't like it, I want a replacement. How do I do that?

Unless you purchased your candles directly from our website, or in our in-house store, you will need to contact the retailer where you made your purchase.

Is the Christmas Spirit Fragrance available year round?

Yes, Christmas Spirit is our #1 fragrance year round. During the months from March to October it is called Sherwood Forest.

Do you ship Internationally?

Sorry. Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Sorry, no we cannot deliver to a PO Box. We can only deliver to a physical address.

What is the burn time for each candle?

Candle burn time varies by the size of the candle. Most candles have a total burn time of 60-80 hours. Candles should not be burned for more than 4 hrs at a time.

Stop use when 1/2″ of wax remains and discard.

Are your wicks lead free?

Yes, our wicks are lead free. They are made of cotton.

Are your candles non toxic?

Soy Candles are made of vegetable oil, have a lower melting point and release no known carcinogens into the air. They are healthier for humans, pets and the environment.

I want to know specifically what's in your candles and how much?

As with most retailers, our ingredient list is a trade secret. However, please feel free to contact customer service and they will give you as much information as possible.

Our fragrances are a blend of natural essential oils and synthetic oils.

What is your soap made from?

Our soaps are made from a vegetable based glycerin. Currently our Soap line is not in production. Keep checking back as we may begin production again.
